Just a quick note to help with your travel planning:

Welcome Reception

Please plan to arrive at the resort late Sunday afternoon for our kick-off reception starting no earlier than 5:30 PM on Sunday, April 27.

Wrap-Up

The summit will conclude no later than 3:00 PM on Tuesday, April 29. An area will be available to store luggage after hotel checkout.

Travel Planning

When booking travel, please see if flights are available for Tuesday evening departures to ensure you can attend the full event. We will be arranging shuttle service to and from Sacramento Intl Airport (SMF) for out-of-town attendees.

Hotel Rooms

Your hotel accommodations at Cache Creek are already booked—no need to make separate reservations. If no suitable flights are available, you may request an additional night’s stay for departure on Wednesday.
