Last updated: June 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Arcticom Group and its operating companies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, and protect information submitted through our new customer billing information form.

Information We Collect

When you submit the billing information form, we may collect:

  • Customer name and business information
  • Billing contact information
  • Billing address
  • Payment information submitted through Authorize.net
  • net customer profile or payment profile identifiers
  • Limited payment details, such as card type, expiration date, and last four digits, where available
  • Information needed to verify credit, establish your account, and manage billing

Payment card information is considered sensitive personal information and is used solely for the purpose of processing and managing billing transactions related to your account, as described in this Policy.

How We Use This Information

We use this information to:

  • Set up and verify your customer account
  • Create and maintain a secure billing profile
  • Process authorized future payments related to your account
  • Manage invoices, account balances, and billing records
  • Communicate with you about billing or account matters
  • Maintain accurate business, accounting, and compliance records

Payment Information and Tokenized Storage

Payment information submitted through this form is processed through Authorize.net Customer Information Manager. Authorize.net creates a secure, tokenized billing profile that allows future authorized transactions without us storing your full credit card number on our website.

We may retain limited billing profile information, such as profile IDs, account identifiers, card type, last four digits, and expiration date, to manage your account and process authorized billing. Authorize.net maintains PCI DSS compliance for the handling and storage of full payment card data.

When We Share Information

We do not sell your billing or payment information.

We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

We may share information only as needed with:

  • net and related payment processing providers
  • Banks, card networks, or financial institutions involved in payment processing
  • Service providers who support our billing, accounting, technology, or customer account systems
  • Legal, regulatory, or business authorities when required by law or necessary to protect our rights

How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect customer billing information. Payment details are handled through Authorize.net, which provides secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment processing and tokenized billing profile storage.

No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this process.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain billing and account information for as long as needed to manage your customer account, process authorized billing, and maintain business records. In most cases, we retain records for a minimum of seven (7) years to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. We may retain information longer to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or as otherwise required by law.
