February 22–24, Phoenix, AZ
We’re looking forward to getting everyone together in Phoenix for the 2026 TAG Leadership Summit. This is time focused on execution. How we show up as leaders, how we take ownership of our roles, and how we consistently turn plans into results across TAG.
Below is an updated look at the schedule to help with planning and set expectations for the week.
Radford Racing School
Please plan to arrive at the hotel by 2:00 PM on Sunday.
We’ll kick things off Sunday afternoon with a group offsite at Radford Racing School. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on experience built around competition, focus, and having a great time, all with a safety-first mindset that keeps everyone pushing hard and staying on track.
We’ll wrap up Sunday with a group dinner at Radford Racing School from 5:30–7:00 PM, giving everyone time to connect and kick off the summit together.
Breakfast will be available beginning at 7:00 AM, with the summit program kicking off at 8:00 AM. The morning will include a short look ahead at the year, followed by open dialogue as a full leadership group.
Monday afternoon will be dedicated to a leadership development experience developed in collaboration with our partners at Thoughtium. Working in small groups, we’ll step through a real-world simulation focused on how we interact, make decisions, and execute together across TAG.
Monday evening, the full leadership group will come together for a cocktail hour beginning at 5:30 PM, followed by a group dinner at 6:30 PM, with event sponsors joining us as part of the evening.
Tuesday morning brings the full group back together to continue building on the progress from Monday.
The morning will focus on leadership perspective and growth, including time to reflect on individual leadership experiences, challenge limiting beliefs, and identify practical insights to carry forward.
The summit will conclude by 12:00 PM, allowing time for Tuesday afternoon travel.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in Phoenix for a focused, productive, and high-energy few days together!
