Welcome Reception
Please plan to arrive at the resort late Sunday afternoon for our kick-off reception starting 4:00 PM on Sunday, October 5.
Wrap-Up
The summit will conclude no later than 1:00 PM on Tuesday, October 7. An area will be available to store luggage after hotel checkout.
Travel Planning
For out-of-town attendees, we recommend flying into Vancouver International Airport (YVR). From there, rent a car and take BC Ferries to Nanaimo. The drive to Campbell River is approximately 1.5 hours.
For in-town attendees, we recommend carpooling with your team and traveling by BC Ferry to Nanaimo before driving to the resort.
Hotel Rooms
Following your RSVP, your hotel accommodations at Natural Pacific Resort will be booked – no need to make separate reservations.
