Billing Information — Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you submit billing and payment information to any operating company of The Arcticom Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”) as part of the new customer account setup process.

Purpose of This Form

The Arcticom Group and its operating companies collect billing and payment information to verify credit, establish your customer account, and create a secure billing profile for future account-related transactions.

You will not be charged at the time you submit this form.

Authorization to Create a Billing Profile

By submitting this form, you confirm that:

  1. The information you provide is accurate and complete.
  2. You are authorized to provide this billing and payment information on behalf of the customer account.
  3. You authorize us to use the information submitted to create a secure billing profile through Authorize.net Customer Information Manager.

Your payment details are tokenized and stored securely by Authorize.net. We do not store your full credit card number on our website. By submitting this form, you agree to future charges being processed using this stored credential (tokenized payment method) solely for authorized transactions related to your account, consistent with applicable card network rules.

Future Billing Authorization

Your billing profile may only be used for authorized future billing related to your account with the applicable Arcticom Group operating company. This may include approved invoices, service work, parts, equipment, account balances, or other charges authorized under your account terms, purchase orders, service agreements, or other approved business arrangements.

Submitting this form does not authorize us to charge your payment method for unrelated transactions. Authorization for a specific charge requires a signed work order, purchase order, or other written approval.

No Charge at Submission

Submitting this form creates a billing profile only. It does not create an immediate charge, deposit, hold, or payment unless separately authorized or agreed to in writing.

Updating or Removing Payment Information

You may contact us to update, replace, or request removal of your billing profile, subject to any open balances, active agreements, legal requirements, or accounting obligations.

Billing Questions or Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us promptly so we can review the matter and work with you to resolve it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.

Changes to These Terms

The Arcticom Group may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted at the time you submit your billing information will apply to that submission.
