The Arcticom Group Expands Services in Five States with Acquisition of Refrigeration Unlimited Inc.

Walnut Creek, CA. – June 22, 2018 – The Arcticom Group (TAG), a leading provider in the U.S. of commercial refrigeration and HVAC services, today announced it has acquired Refrigeration Unlimited, a Washington-based company with locations in five states that offers refrigeration installation and service, as well as consulting, design and energy management services.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Refrigeration Unlimited is The Arcticom Group’s first Washington-based company helping TAG grow its presence throughout the western United States.

Through its network of HVACR companies, TAG provides a wide variety of commercial refrigeration services including preventative maintenance, repair, installation, renovation, new system engineering and design, energy optimization and refrigerant management programs.
