Walnut Creek, CA. – Aug. 27, 2018 – The Arcticom Group (TAG), a leading provider in the U.S. of commercial refrigeration and HVAC services, today announced it has acquired Pro-Tec Refrigeration, an Arizona-based company that offers commercial, industrial and residential refrigeration service and installation. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
