The Arcticom Group (TAG), the fastest-growing family of mechanical services and HVACR companies in the U.S. and Canada, has acquired Precision Refrigeration, a commercial refrigeration and HVAC services provider based in Victoria, British Columbia. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Established in 2008, Precision Refrigeration serves Vancouver Island, Victoria, and the surrounding regions, providing clients with superior quality work and a best-in-class customer experience.
With the acquisition, Precision Refrigeration will combine with CT Control Temp Island Division, which will now be under the leadership of Precision Refrigeration President, Darcy Smith. The merging of the Control Temp and Precision teams will provide greater geographic coverage, strengthening the core of technicians with a diverse field of expertise.

Through its network of HVACR companies. TAG provides a wide variety of commercial and industrial refrigeration and HVAC services including; preventative maintenance, repair, installation, renovation, new systems engineering and design, energy optimization, and refrigerant management programs.
