Jeanne DiBella

Jeanne DiBella

Director financiero

Jeanne is responsible for streamlining controls, integrating acquisitions, implementing standardized reporting and rolling out forecasting across our organization.

Originally from Michigan, Jeanne earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and began her career with a position in operations for a joint venture in Kazakhstan, where she worked for five years. Upon her return to the U.S., she was responsible for a commercial recycling plant’s relocation and expansion: finding the land, building the offices, hiring staff and gaining all approvals for operations.

Jeanne discovered her affinity for accounting and finance during that project and, as a result, pursued a master’s degree in business administration. Working with companies during times of explosive growth and in diverse environments has given Jeanne a keen focus on operational accounting excellence, policies and procedures, internal controls and shared services. The Arcticom Group and our customers benefit from her experience in operations and accounting/finance for industrial services and her expertise in acquisition integrations.

Jim Elmore

Owner and President, Victory Construction and Refrigeration, LLC

An energetic leader with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, Jim delivers consistent results. He places a high value on guiding his team in a positive direction every day and seeing them succeed. Jim measures results not only by growth, profitability and a rigorous standard of excellence, but also by hearing customers acknowledge their satisfaction with the work of his team.

Contracting was a tradition in Jim’s family, and at an early age, he aspired to entrepreneurship. Jim founded Victory Construction in 2006 as a general contracting company. In 2009, he added a partner and Victory expanded into refrigeration. Victory joined The Arcticom Group as an operating company.

Jim’s depth of experience informs his perspective on customer service. He started his career over 25 years ago as a refrigeration apprentice for the supermarket chain King Soopers. Jim was promoted to project manager and managed grocery store construction for six years. Subsequently, he worked in Phoenix for an HVAC company, first as a sales rep and later as operations manager.

Having worked on both sides of the contractor-customer equation, Jim has a unique insight into the expectations of commercial refrigeration customers. His ability to anticipate their needs brings customers back over and over again.

Jim and his wife Sonja enjoy attending their son Kaleb’s soccer and basketball games and spending time at their cabin in the mountains. Their favorite activities include cross fit, riding dirt bikes and four wheeling. The family lives in Lakewood, Colorado.
