As President, U.S. Operations, Wally Bomhoff oversees TAG’s U.S. Refrigeration and Mechanical operations, helping ensure a cohesive operational strategy and strong execution across the company’s national footprint. A supportive leader who takes genuine pride in seeing his teams succeed, Wally brings more than 35 years of industry enterprise experience, including 20 years at Johnson Controls and 12 years with the Trane Company.
A hands-on leader, Wally finds great satisfaction in mentoring and developing rising talent, believing time invested in team growth correlates directly to business success. He regularly travels across the U.S. to work face-to-face with his teams, focusing on alignment, execution, and customer-centric solutions. Under his leadership, TAG continues to strengthen its refrigeration and mechanical capabilities across a wide range of commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and processing environments.
Wally holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He brings deep technical knowledge alongside his business expertise, having served in roles ranging from engineering and project management to business development and corporate leadership.
An avid golfer and fitness enthusiast, Wally starts each day at 4:30 AM with a gym workout, applying the same level of discipline and dedication to his work every day.
