Chris Dembski

As a founding executive and strategic architect behind The Arcticom Group’s rapid expansion, Chris has been instrumental in transforming the business into one of North America’s largest mechanical services firms. With deep-rooted acumen in strategic growth, operational execution, and top-level finance, Chris has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s trajectory from its early stages to its current position as a market leader.

During his tenure, Chris has spearheaded the execution of over 20 acquisitions, seamlessly integrating businesses onto a unified platform, all while maintaining operational continuity. His leadership in financial due diligence, system integrations, and business process standardization has enabled TAG to triple in size across the U.S. and Canada. As a key designer of The Arcticom Group Operating System (TAG OS)—a comprehensive framework integrating financial reporting, business intelligence, and operational workflows—Chris’s work has optimized pricing structures, boosted gross margins, and driven increased profitability.

His ability to navigate the complexities of private equity-backed businesses is fundamental to TAG’s success, and provides a strong financial foundation for continued expansion.

Before joining TAG, Chris held strategic finance roles at W.W. Grainger, where he led pricing analytics initiatives that influenced corporate-wide pricing models and boosted profitability.

Chris holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
