Sean Patrick serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Arcticom Group, leading the company’s strategic vision, operational performance, and continued growth across North America. A proven leader with deep industry expertise, Sean brings decades of industry experience and a track record of scaling high-performing service organizations.
Sean grew up in the refrigeration trade, making service calls with his father and working as a pipe fitter throughout high school and college. After earning a degree in metallurgical engineering from the University of Washington, he began his career as a process engineer at Allegheny Technologies, where he managed the production of zirconium and titanium products for advanced applications.
Sean later returned to the refrigeration industry as a project manager at Refrigeration Unlimited (RUI), where he advanced through roles including construction manager, service manager, president, and chief operating officer. During his tenure, RUI expanded to five locations and grew revenue from $5 million to over $50 million. He went on to serve as general manager of After-Market Services at Hillphoenix, where he led the integration and relaunch of multiple business units across the U.S. and Canada, earning the Dover President’s Award for driving operational improvements and margin growth.
Before rejoining The Arcticom Group, Sean served as Chief Executive Officer of IronSite, a national facilities services provider. His leadership at IronSite focused on scalable operations, customer-driven innovation, and team development.
Sean holds an M.B.A. from the University of Washington. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and two daughters. He is an avid runner and mountain biker.
