TAG Training Center
Our state of the art training center in Southern California demonstrates our commitment to our technicians continuous learning journey! Our experienced training team is tops in the HVACR industry and we are continuously developing content for face-to-face and virtual training capability.
We have a unique ability through a proprietary needs analysis tool to assess/test each of our techs and determine where their experience/capability falls on a technical progression ladder. Once we baseline a technician, we enroll them into the next level training. We are also beginning to work with our customers and can assist with their training needs.
