Nerinder Singh serves as Chief Financial Officer of The Arcticom Group, where he leads the finance organization across the company’s North American platform.
Nerinder brings extensive experience across private equity-backed and VC environments, with a career spanning trade-based, technology, and service-oriented companies. His background began in the UK with British Gas, one of the largest technician-based service organizations, and continued after moving to the U.S., where he has held senior finance and operations leadership roles across HVAC, construction services, and technology-based companies.
In addition to finance, Nerinder brings hands-on operational and procurement experience, including supply chain, logistics, working capital management, and cost optimization. He has a strong track record in financial leadership, operational improvement, M&A integration, and scaling businesses through growth and transformation.
Beyond work, Nerinder is passionate about mentoring and helping develop the next generation of leaders. Outside of the office, he and his family are keen travelers, and his weekends are usually busy keeping up with his two boys.
